Blackberries (Navaho; thornless)

Fresh picked blackberries - Just picked these plump, ripe 'Navaho' blackberries. This is the second batch in a week ...and that's with leaving plenty on the vine for the birds. Blackberries are a favorite treat for a variety of birds. Birds love the fruit and the seeds from the blackberry. I have found that if i leave plenty of fruit for the birds, they leave me plenty in return. As it is said, '... thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field ...'
